How Long do you Lease your Domains For?

We offer three different lengths of leasing options on our domains; 8, 12 and 24 months. All pricing on the individual ads are listed as a yearly lease price.

How much is it to Lease a Domain or Website?

Each property is listed at a different price depending on age, keywords, development and website traffic. We try to be as competitive as we can with our domain leasing and website leasing.  The whole idea is to give an affordable option to internet marketing.

How are Leasing Requests Handled at SiteBrokers?

All of our domain leasing is handled on a first come first serve basis.  As soon as an order is processed the domain is no longer available to the public.

What is an Optimized Domain?

All of our domains are considered optimized for a geographical location and industry. We consider optimized as being on the first page of the major search engines (Google, Yahoo! & Bing) for at least 7 keywords industry related. An example of this would be a domain like Corona Air Conditioning that is optimized for 10 keywords/phrases in the "denver painters" market.  The benefit of leasing an optimized domain is listed above.

What type of Payment does SiteBrokers accept?

We send out invoices due on the first of every month payable by check or credit card.  A late fee of 5% is incurred on the next invoice if payment is received 7 days late.  Payment through Paypal is also accepted.

What Happens when the Lease Term is Over?

When a lease is coming to its end (1 month remaining), we offer all of our customers the same price for an equal or greater length contract.  If a client does not wish to continue their contract at the end of their lease, the website will be changed and put back on the market. 

What type of Information on the Domain is available to public before it is Leased?

We offer the previous 3 months of analytics of all available domains to anyone who registers with SiteBrokers as well as the number of leads produced the previous months.  Once an account is created and analytics is requested, a report will be sent to the person who inquired.
